Tyler Denning is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, but has called Nashville home since 2019. He attended Florida State University, where he majored in creative writing. As a lover of all things outdoors and with an eagerness to learn more about Waldorf education, Mr. Denning was naturally drawn to Linden. After assisting in the first grade for one year, Mr. Denning took on the role of Woodworking teacher. From learning how to whittle during his time in the Boy Scouts, to building shelters in the woods as a teen, to making picture frames and other crafts in his current home shop, it seems that many roads pointed him to his current position at Linden. He is grateful to have been mentored by our former woodworking teacher, Henry Higginbotham.
