Education: University of Arizona, Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Creative Writing; Boston College, Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Culture
Ms. Goldfarb brings approximately 15 years of experience teaching Spanish, including five years at Linden Waldorf School while her three daughters were students there. She also spent a year abroad as an undergraduate studying at the University of Barcelona, deepening her love for Spanish language, culture, and global learning. In addition to her Spanish teaching experience, Ms. Goldfarb was honored to serve as a guest teacher at Linden for several years, teaching a Latin America studies block.
While she has not been formally trained as a Waldorf teacher, Ms. Goldfarb has been closely connected to Linden and Waldorf pedagogy throughout her time in the school community. She has a deep appreciation for the way Waldorf education supports the whole child through imagination, creativity, rhythm, and meaningful learning experiences.
In addition to her love for languages and cultures, Ms. Goldfarb enjoys being outdoors, horseback riding, traveling, sports, and exploring new eateries in Nashville as the city continues to welcome people from all over the world.
