Riley Husted holds a Master of Arts in Education from Alverno College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. Originally from Southern California, Riley has lived and taught across the United States during her seven years in education. Riley started her teaching experience through Teach For America in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has since served as an English educator at public, private, and charter school networks. As a lover of both the great outdoors and all things literary, Riley was instantly drawn to Linden Waldorf’s approach to holistic learning that focuses on making things “sticky” for students.
Outside of her role as an English educator, Ms. Husted can be found romping around in the backcountry with her trusty border collie, gardening, reading, and training for endurance sports.
