Michelle Ladd

Michelle Ladd is a Managing Director at AllianceBernstein, where she leads Alternatives Product Strategy & Development. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles spanning investment management, product and program management, and business development. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Michelle spent 14 years at Oaktree Capital Management, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Structuring & Launch. Earlier in her career, she worked in Advisory Services and Global Business Development at Ernst & Young.
Michelle holds both a BA in Business-Economics and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher.
Michelle and her family moved to Nashville in 2023 and her two children are currently Linden students.
