LaToya Bailey is a high-energy human resources disrupter and change agent with over a decade of experience in HR operations. Her diverse background spans corporate, higher education, and government sectors. She currently serves as the Manager of Benefits Administration at Restaurant Growth Services LLC, where she oversees benefits and retirement programs for more than 8,000 team members nationwide. In this role, LaToya works cross-functionally across HR, HRIS, and payroll teams to deliver a seamless and employee-focused benefits experience.

Widely recognized as a people advocate and strategic HR leader, LaToya specializes in employee engagement, operational excellence, and leadership development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Business Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is passionate about building inclusive, people-centered workplaces that align with both mission and growth.
