Jing is a seasoned finance professional with over nine years of experience in financial planning and analysis across healthcare, manufacturing, and investment industries. She holds a BS in Finance from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. Jing is also a CFA Charterholder, currently working at Deacon Health, a SaaS startup based in Nashville as Vice President of FP&A.

Outside of her professional life, Jing is a devoted mother to two daughters, Scarlett (3.5 years old) and Sage (22 months old). She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, traveling, and hiking, which help her maintain a healthy work-life balance.
