Cristina Byrne joined the Linden Waldorf community in March 2026 as the school's first Communications & Media Coordinator, bringing to this new role four years of experience as a Content Manager at Huntsville, Alabama's CBS affiliate. She also worked as the Team Photographer for the Rocket City Trash Pandas, the Double-A affiliate of the LA Angels.
Originally from Bolivia, where she spent her childhood in South America, Cristina brings a global perspective and deep appreciation for community storytelling. An avid photographer, her work has been published in local newspapers as well as the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times sports section.
Cristina is excited to share and amplify the vibrant stories, people, and mission that make the Linden Waldorf community so special. In her free time, Cristina likes spending time with her husband and two dogs.
