Aly Anthony
1st Grade Teacher - Class of 2032
Waldorf experience: N/A
Education: The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, BA
Aly Anthony grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. She recently moved back to Nashville after living in Chattanooga for several years subsequent to graduating from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019. Aly received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. After graduating, she began teaching right away. Aly taught for four years at a few different schools, including the Wauhatchie Forest School in Chattanooga, a fully outdoor nature school.
After finding out about Linden Waldorf, Aly was eager to become a part of this wonderful school. "I was drawn to Linden Waldorf because of the emphasis on arts-based incorporation. It is so special when a school values the importance of the arts and lets students explore in such a creative and imaginative way."
Mrs. Anthony served as Linden’s first grade assistant in the last quarter of the 23–24 school year, and she is so excited to welcome the Class of 2032 as their first grade class teacher as they begin their journey in the grades.
